Jackie Kay
Jackie is one of Scotland’s finest writers. She has published six collections of poetry for adults (her first, The Adoption Papers, won the Scottish Arts Council Book Award) and several for children, along with an award-winning novel (Trumpet), short stories, memoir and numerous plays. In 2016, she was appointed the Makar or National Poet for Scotland for a five-year term. Her latest collection of poems is Bantam.
