Led by Ross Hogg, workshops will be running on Saturday (over 12s) and twice on Sunday (for under 12s) to encompass all age groups. As part of the 16mm animation workshop, you will be able to create your own colourful and abstract animated loops by drawing and scratching directly on to a length of film. You will also be able to experiment with making your own sounds by affecting the audio waveform found on the film stock. Newcomer animators will be able to marvel at their productions when they are screened on the Lighthouse on Sunday afternoon at 5pm.
These workshops take place in the upstairs Loft Studio of the Old Brewery.
