Glasgow Short Film Festival is delighted to return to Cromarty with two programmes drawn from our tenth anniversary edition. By turns funny, shocking and moving, our selection showcases some of the finest new fiction, animation and documentary from Scotland and around the world.
Here Be Dragons explores cultural barriers and the fear of the unknown, taking the viewer into no man’s lands from the heavily polluted arctic mining city of Norilsk to the Korean DMZ. Art commissioners from Sweden, Finland and Norway struggle to reach agreement on a collaborative project, whilst a solitary artist in Japan faces a much greater threat to his legacy.
